False Promises
The amenities listed for this hotel, are in fact for the Ambassador Hotel across the street. It was not soundproof, had no blackout curtains, and does not have a bar, but the Ambassador Hotel across the street does & the kind woman at the front desk informed us that the Ambassador owns the Ramada, so that justifies the false amenities listed for this hotel.
My boyfriend was injured while showering, because the showerhead cracked and hit him in the face, to which there was no manager present to report the accident to.
When booking the hotel, I reviewed all charges to make sure I knew what I was paying, and was surprised by a $100 deposit, on top of the room charges & fees, that was mentioned no where on the hotel information or in my pricing summary. That same $100 deposit was not shown on our receipt when we checked out.
To park in the hotel parking lot was an extra $20 a day, that was also not mentioned anywhere in the hotel information.
